Second, the working principle and steps of hot melt welding machine

The hot melt welding machine transfers the resistance heat generated by the electrode to the terminal, and uses this heat and pressure for crimping. It is a hot pressing process that uses resistance heat energy to ensure that the coating of the wire is first stripped, and then relies on the clamping force of the terminal to ensure the binding strength.

The welding machine requires copper terminals or copper tubes as welding supports.

The hot melt process consists of two simultaneous operations :1. The copper terminal or copper tube is heated by the current between the electrodes, which causes the patent skin of the enameled wire to evaporate; 2. The pressure of the electrode on the support compresses it into one body, which has high motor performance.

1. The heat will start to vaporize the patent skin of the electromagnetic wire (enamelled wire);

2. After further heating, the patent leather is vaporized to provide conditions for the connection of copper wire with copper wire;

3. Then, by further heating and applying pressure, the clean copper wires transfer heat to each other and diffuse. Not only is the copper wire connected together, the copper wire is also connected to the terminal.

4. After the power is disconnected, the pressure should be maintained to avoid loosening the copper wire connection.
