Five, Pressure setting

The equipment has a pressure display system, pressure sensor, for each specification stator wire harness, the corresponding pressure can be set and saved.

1. The pressure value corresponding to each group of specifications can be set numerically by the controller and saved. Different specifications of copper terminals corresponding to different pressure values can be automatically switched, do not need to set.

2, in the whole welding process, the pressure can be displayed.

3, the configuration of the pressure sensor, in the setting of pressure or actual work, can display the actual pressure value (unit is kg or Newton).

Six, Harness size monitoring function

Through this system, PLC can collect the welding pressure and displacement parameters and save and monitor them immediately.

The amount of wire harness deformation can be set and saved by PLC, and corresponding to the specification of current setting. When the wire harness deformation reaches the set value during welding, the welding power supply will stop discharging, and keep 1-3S, the cylinder is raised, and the welding is more consistent.

The amount of deformation is only set by PLC, without cylinder travel limits.
