Two, Welding mechanism

1, the head lifting adopts servo;
2, the left electrode adopts servo drive and cylinder drive to adapt to the welding of different positions of terminals on different products.
3, the right electrode adopts servo drive and cylinder drive, and equipped with electrical proportional valve, can adjust the welding pressure on the touch screen;
4, fixture access using servo drive, in order to adapt to the product on the different positions of the terminal welding.
5, the motor fixture rotation adopts servo drive to adapt to the welding of different positions of terminals on the product.
6, pressure adjustment using "electrical proportional valve", pressure adjustment accuracy is higher, pressure is more stable, can be directly set on the touch screen pressure.
7, copper soft connection, copper hard connection, conductive copper block raw material selection of T2 or above copper, copper content of more than 99.95%, to meet the high current and high load use.
Three, Welding controllers and transformers
Medium frequency welding power supply, stable current output, closed loop control, will not be affected by the network voltage and impact on the network pressure. Customized transformer, suitable for long time current output of high current in motor lead welding.

Input voltage: three-phase 380V, 50HZ/60HZ, power supply fluctuation +10%, -20%;
Output voltage: Output 10.8V;
With PLC and touch screen programmable 999 sets of welding specifications, different motors can be programmed corresponding specifications and saved;
Three stages of heating process: preheating, welding, tempering;
The welding section can be set to 99 pulse times repeated power;
Different specifications can be programmed pressure control, and memory storage, can no longer repeat the setting of pressure;
The welding current and time can be stored;
Solder joint counting function.
Welding current storage system: The current storage system can save each welding current (generate EXCEL tables) to provide data support for daily production management.
Four, Pressure setting
PLC control system comes with pressure setting system, the host is configured with electrical proportional valve, for each specification of the motor terminal, you can set the corresponding pressure and save.
1. The pressure value corresponding to each group of specifications can be set numerically through the PLC control system and saved. Different specifications of the motor copper terminals corresponding to different pressure values can be automatically switched, no need to set.
2, in the entire welding process, each time period can be set up different pressures.
3, the configuration of the pressure sensor, in the setting of pressure or actual work, can display the actual pressure value (unit is kg or Newton).
Five, Motor terminal deformation monitoring function
Through this system, PLC can collect welding pressure, displacement, current parameters and immediately save, monitor, out of range alarm.
The deformation of copper terminals can be set and saved by PLC, and corresponding to the specification of current setting. When the deformation of the copper terminal reaches the set value during welding, the welding power supply will stop discharging, and maintain 1-2S, and the cylinder is raised to obtain a more consistent welding.
The amount of deformation can only be set by PLC.
Six, Applicable motor stator range:
1, motor stator outer diameter: 20-150mm.
2, single enamelled wire diameter: less than or equal to 2mm, enamelled wire number ≤2.
